What is a good formal dress style to pair with a pair of mary jane high heels?
Q. Ok so i have a formal dance / banquent thing to attend at the end of march for a club i am in. I want to wear a pair of mary hane high heels that i found on wet seals website i just don't what kind of dress would look good with it while still keeping it formal. I don't plan on spending more than $50 on the dress. Any ideas?

How should I wear my hair to winter formal?
Q. I'm really stuck on how to wear my hair to our school's winter formal! My hair is a medium-brownish color and goes down to my shoulders in length, and it has a lot of layers. My dress is elegant, so I guess my hair should go along with that. The dress is full length, black and white, and is strapless. Any ideas?

A. since you're a young lady,dress your hair in a sexy elegant way, gather the hair from the face to the crown,and the rest of your back hair let it loose ,but do some 'pin curls' ,since you have lots of layers it will be a simple ,sexy ,and elegant hair do!,and just the right thing,and since your hair is gathered at the crown you can add to your total look,some beautiful earrings to make just a perfect balance to complement your image,and if possibly don't use a necklace,it will 'compete' with your strapless design in the dress,kind of 'tacky',instead match a spectacular bracelet and ring and you will look like one of the best dressed in the winter formal! period!!!

A. That depends. Our secretarial company (we outsource this) will do it by lunch the next working day for a meeting that end before the end of the formal working day. Else, its by end of the next working day.
